Social pressures, engrained habits or patterns, over-active or exhausted nervous systems, too many responsibilities, chronic pain, and so many other factors constantly get in the way of our capacity to relax into ourselves and hear our own wisdom and guidance. In our hyper-active world of productivity, output, and excessive stimulation, sometimes the idea of sitting still, being present with the body, and cutting through all of the noise to hear deep resonant truths can feel a bit uncomfortable or vulnerable.

I totally get it. And, I have no doubt that if you allow your imagination and internal world to become your ally, it could become one of the most powerful tools in your toolkit for navigating challenges in your life.

I’ve had people come out of a session telling me it felt like a year of therapy — and sessions are generally about 1 hour. I’ve had people tell me it felt like a psychedelic experience, but better because it didn’t take many many hours and they knew that when they hung up the phone they could continue with their workday or go back to their family. Years after a session with someone, they’ve told me they still call upon the comfort of the image that came to them during our session.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is gift ourselves our own deep presence and listening.

This is what a session with me is all about — honoring what is true for you, no matter what it is, and letting curiosity lead.

In our time together, I will guide you through some breathing and body relaxation, easing you gently into the wisdom of your inner landscape. Then, we will invite an emerge to arise, engage all the senses, and gently explore it together. Think of it as a personalized guided meditation — where the exploration gets to emerge organically from a place of deep resonance with you. I have no agenda and am simply there to support you and your experience. After the session, we will chat about the insight and ways to integrate it into your life.
